These third parties are contractually required to protect your information and may not use it for any purpose other than providing services to ATM. We do not sell your personal information. Under the CCPA/CPPA, some transfers may constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may opt out of such sharing at any time.

When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

Under the GDPR/UK GDPR, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection to the use of of your personal data, the ability to withdraw your consent at any time, data portability and the ability to file a complaint with a supervisory authority.

ATM is committed to securing your data and has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, employee training, and regular security audits. While no system is 100% secure, these safeguards are designed to minimize the risk of unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
